Shipping or In-Store Pickup

In-Store Pickup

The Haunted Game Cafe provides an in-store pickup option at no shipping cost to our local customers.  Input billing and shipping addresses as you otherwise would.  Under "Shipping Options", choose "In-Store Pickup".  Then, you can pay for the order online or in the store.  If you would like to pay online, choose "Paypal" under "Payment Options".  This is necessary if you are preordering an event or a hilghly anticipated item (such as new Magic: The Gathering boxes or fat packs).  Otherwise, you can choose "Pay In Store" under "Payment Options", and you will not be charged until you pick up the item.  Be forewarned: items that have not been paid for will only be held behind the counter for 7 days.  


The Haunted Game Cafe is now able to offer shipping for our customers located in the US!  When completing your order, provide an accurate shipping address, and a fee will be added based on our calculation of shipping cost.  If you have any problems requesting an order for shipment, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help you through the process.  Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time.  

Prior to Shipment

Viewing an Order

Log in using the account link (the little person) at the top of our online store's main page.  Once logged in, that account link produces a list of options that includes "My Orders".  Any order that you might wish to view should be there.

Removing an Item

If you would like to remove an item from an order, please contact us so that we can attempt to revise your order. If we are unable to do so (usually because the order has already shipped), you may return the item for a full refund.

Adding an Item

If you would like to add an item to an order, please place a second order. After placing your second order, please contact us, and we will combine your orders.  

Canceling Orders

Contact us, and we will cancel your order and grant a refund.  

After Shipment Problems

While it's important to us that we get all orders correct on the first try, even our hard-working ghosts make mistakes. When that happens, we are happy to make any effort to fix the problem.   Simply contact us and we will endeavor improve your experience as quickly as possible.  

Wrong Items

We check each order for accuracy, but the occasional mistake is still possible.  If you receive an item that you did not order, you may return it. 

Returns or Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Haunted Game within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  You may return most new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for store credit.  For a more complete explanation of our return policy, please see our Store Policies page.
